Eco-friendly craft kits that invoke creativity, curiosity, and  experiential learning for children.

MakerKid Kits were created by IDEA to bring fun, STEAM-based learning to homes, while helping parents provide meaningful experiences to their children.  Kids will learn about environmental subjects like botany, biology, and ecology, while exercising hand skills, practicing environmental stewardship, and creating fun memories with their parents.

WOODN'T IT BE NICE...

...if the products we give our kids were sustainably made?

It is estimated that 90% of all children's toys are made of plastics that are difficult to recycle.

From our packaging, to our boxes and puzzles, everything we make is composed of degradable or recyclable materials.

Our goal is to teach children ways to become more environmentally conscious with fun and educational play, and giving parents the chance to help along by choosing toys made of eco-friendly alternatives.
